I have three small children and we go through Kleenex so fast that I have this carton of eight boxes delivered by subscription. During the winter we increase the frequency to every month because now daycare and schools all want the children to bring in two or three boxes of tissues for the class's communal stash. This means each fall, each kid had a homeroom classrooms and then either Montessori etc.I order several containers for school as well as home use and have never regretted it. With all the colds that run through our house, I love this facial tissue as it provides that gentle healing nonabrasive touch for a raw red nose.My youngest with sensitive skin would scream when using other more abrasive facial tissues, while this type of Kleenex was well tolerated. That was when we switched to subscription.

Strong, soft tissue, however, the Mfg. has continually cut the amount of tissues per box since they started with this specific brand, Look to see if you can find a generic, store brand (look on the bottom somewhere, in the fine print, and see if you can find the Mfg. that makes the generic brand. Often times you will get a good deal if it is the same Mfg; be sure to check for the tissue count so you can compare equally. Hint. Every major Mfg, of tissues, etc., on their websites will tell you what 'store chains' they make these tissues for. If they won't give it to you on the website call their CS# and ask, they will tell you...then buy the store brand name (the higher dollar stores will have the tissues under the store name, be sure to look, or ask, what name(s) the Store chain you shop at carry the specific tissue you enjoy.That said, some high end Chair stores carry their store brand name at the same cost as the Kleenex brand. Check to see if the store brand name has more tissue count that Kleenex. FYI

Ok, I typically get my Kleenex from Costco, and it's my favorite brand of tissues. But we've got three people still sick in this house, so we're not going anywhere right now, and I ended up ordering some from Amazon. And the packages themselves came in excellent condition, nothing smashed or damaged. I opened up the first box, and noticed there was some sort of issue with the product coming out smoothly. Once I got to the bottom 10% of the box, I found out why...it seems whatever they were using to cut these at the factory was having some sort of problem...there was a really long section with some sort of hacked out diamond in the middle, and a few other uncut longer sections with it. I've never seen this in a box of tissues of any brand in my entire life, and I'm not expecting to see it again. Maybe the cold is causing hallucinations? Except I've got photographic evidence...since I've never seen this before, I'm not marking off for it, but it still gave me my "what are the odds?" moment of the day.However, between the three remaining sick people in this household, we've gonethrough 3 boxes in as many days, with me using the most of them. And I wish, oh how I wish, I'd broken down and bought the ones with lotion in them. So if you're dripping like a faucet, my advice would be pay up and get the lotioned, super soft ones. Because the bottom of my nose looks and feels like someone took some sandpaper to it right now. And given how pasty pale my skin is, that is not a pretty sight, and it feels downright wretched. So I do think these are great for normal every day use, and maybe even mild allergies. Just not a really nasty cold or sneezing up a hay storm or dripping like a faucet. They are painful under those circumstances.
