I saw a chef on food network use a seasoning like this on food network. This is delicious on roasted veggies or added to soups to amp up flavor. I use it all the time.

I love this salt. It’s good on almost everything!Eggs, meat and sauces just can’t go wrong.

A dear friend treated me to a birthday lunch at her home -- she has an organic garden just for personal use. We picked the various greens from her garden and made the most simple salad, dressed only with fresh squeezed limes, perfect EVOO and a pinch or two (+ a little more - depending on the size of your salad) of this amazing salt. It was divine. I came home and was so delighted that I was able to find this expensive, but well worth it, salt on Amazon. Keep it simple and the salt will not disappoint.

My husband and I use this fennel pollen salt at every meal. It seems to be less salty and it seems to bring out the flavor of food better than regular salt. We love this product.

This fennel salt is a must-have for roasted chicken.....been using it for years! SO rich and flavorful....you use very little to get delicious flavor.

I am a fennel-fanatic and this seemed an ideal seasoning for so many of the dishes prepared here- vegetables and meat. However, the fennel and any other spices were too faint in the product received to be useful; it was just a salt flavor overall (which is good, just not ideal).

I can put this "salt" on or in almost anything savory and it's a terrific improvement. Roast chicken, pork chops, fish, but also in soups, on vegetables...it's terrific. This isn't souped-up fennel seed, it's fennel pollen (which is subtler) with complementary seasonings added in. I've tried several of these seasoned salts and this is my real go-to.
