Awesome pole holder…and a great temporary solution.
Got this as a Christmas gift this year as I wanted a temporary solution for my Jeep Gladiator. It fits perfectly and seems very well built.I live at the coast, and do tons of surf fishing, so, will see how it holds up to the salt and such. With that said, I would love to have seen some rubber feet or grips on the pole attachments but other than that , very satisfied with it.

Small rod holders - Does not fit many rods
Seems to be of good quality. 2 issues. 1st issue is that the screws for the clamp are not long enough. I could get maybe 2 threads in and that is it. 2nd issue is that most of my surf fishing rods cannot fit into the small hole rod holders. Ugly Stik rods don’t fit either.

Screws are too short
They send spacers for the screws. Throw in trash because the screws are way to short already. So plain on buying screws. Other than that I do like it

Not great for split grip rods, otherwise it’s awesome!
I have 2 full grip rods and 3 split grip rods. The full grips are really secure and I don’t think there’s much chance of the rods being damaged. The split grips have more give since there’s no grip where the plastic rod holder lies against the rod. I’m worried they’ll scratch my split grip rods a little bit and I’m thinking about getting some kind of cushion/rubber gasket sort of thing to put around the end of the rod holders. Thinking I could run electrical tape through the center of each rod holder around the interior lining of the cylinder and over the outside edges, then how around either end a couple of times to cinch all of those pieces of tape down.
