One end works great for concealer, with the small applicator you can get under eye around very delicate skin. The other end works fantastic for foundation, it’s soft on the skin and blends products into face evenly. Easy to use and easy to clean.

I just purchased the Expert Face Brush a few days ago. I'd been wanting to try it for a few months and finally had an order to include it in using the Add On program.I have several other Real Techniques brushes and have found them all to be well made, this brush included. Each time I try a new brush, I get more excited about this line because they all work so well.This brush makes applying my liquid foundation a breeze! I barely have to use any product and it covers beautifully and completely. I just swipe it on as I would with a regular flat foundation brush and it gives a flawless finish. Buffing it in is also an option with this brush (you can see a tutorial for this brush on the Real Techniques YouTube channel).Along with using less foundation, I find that it takes much less time to apply, which is AWESOME! It does not require as much blending as other foundation brushes I've tried. I also use it to apply my moisturizer before I put my makeup on. It's easy to clean. I've washed it with baby shampoo and brush cleaner with no shedding, so far.I like the size and weight of the brush. Like all R. T. brushes, it just feels good in my hand. I've tried the R. T. Foundation Brush from the Travel Essentials set, which I really liked. It works much better than the flat foundation brush from Shany that I had previously been using. The Expert Face Brush blows them both out of the water. I love this brush!Update:After using this brush for over a year, I want to add that it has held up very well. My only complaint is that the soft, rubbery grip of the handle (the black part) has worn off. The underneath is a shiny black plastic material that looks just fine. It's just annoying to have little black flecks on my hands after using the brush. I was able to peal just about all of it off and the brush still works as well as before. I think this is a consequence of repeatedly setting my brush(es) down on a wet bathroom vanity. This has happened to a few of my other Real Techniques brushes. I still love this brush and all of my other Real Techniques brushes.

Works amazingly with my foundation

This is an excellent brush. The head is dense, which means it does not absorb/waste too much product and allows easy streak free foundation application. I think the size and shape is perfect, too, allowing for even coverage.

It's wonderful and blends even better so my liquid foundation looks even more like skin (it dirt before, but this is better). But it now needs two pumps of foundation to get the same coverage. But that's probably more to do with my sunscreen that I just started using today. Maybe I didn't wait long enough before applying foundation.

I had originally bought an ECOTOOLS Foundation Brush by following reviews in Amazon that said it would not shed and it was perfect and "la-te-dah"...well, unfortunately it shed from the moment I took it from the package...I even washed it to see if maybe it was just because it was new and/or SOMEthing...not even close. So, I was watching YouTube's Kalyn Nicholson (hey, gotta give props where props is due! ;P ), and she was using a Real Techniques Foundation Buffing Brush, which is in the description of this particular brush AND..... voila'! Perfect! I do not think it has shed one bristle and I've had it for a while now. It stays stiff and never bends and smears the foundation like some brushes can and as long as you don't go overboard with the amount of foundation you use and NEVER pour directly into the brush (I usually put some on the back of my hand and rub the brush in that and add more as necessary or you can dot your face with foundation using your fingers then use the brush to buff in and around for GREAT, EVEN COVERAGE! I can honestly say that as I have a need for new brushes, this will be my go to brand --even though it's a little more pricey than ECOTOOLS, but not as expensive as KESHIMA or SIGMA. Plus, one added feature...the brushes are color-coded: for like your foundation and bronzer and powders you have this GOLD color, then it goes to PURPLE and these and are for the most part eye makeup, then it goes to ROSE for setting and stipling (if you're into that sort of thing) and finally (whew!!) finishing. I have two Cosmetology licenses in two different states but haven't practiced for years, so even I become confused with so many options and where to start first and what brush is for doing what and so on....and I should know already, right? Well this color-coding is especially great for the girl just starting to experiment or a pro who is in a rush and just needs to remember to keep the colors seperated to be able to do their own face or someone else's without all the searching, or someone like me who forgets and just sits there looking lost for 8 minutes when I'm getting ready to get mega-made-up for a club or something! As far as I can see, one thing you DON'T have to worry about is the quality!

I love this line. I've had a kabuki brush for decades and it's still good as new. They are so dense so soft and they don't shed. Easy to clean great overall
