I really like the look of this and it has a nice weight to it and makes good coffee and thai tea when I used it. It is glass and will break if you arent careful. The mechanism to press down is super tight and doesnt let the grounds through since it sticks to the edge. The look is nice and the price is too. Mine did break but that was my fault and Im going to order another. I tried a cheaper oxo plastic one and that one sucked because it let the grounds through the sides since it was plastic.

Wurde kaputt und bereits gebraucht geliefert. Glas ist beschädigt und Produkt nicht sauber. Sehr ärgerlich, besonders bei der Lieferdauer. Retourschein muss zudem selber ausgedruckt werden.

Edited to add: After I posted this review below their customer service contacted me and discussed the damaged glass. Without me needing to ask they proactively offered to send me a replacement and reminded me of the warranty on the product. Very polite and professional customer service and exceptionally prompt in responding. I'm very happy with this french press and most importantly with their customer service and I will definitely be going through this seller again.It works really well and is very easy to clean and maintain. Despite handwashing the entire thing and ensuring the glass is warmed before making the coffee, the glass cracked near the base. Ordered it at the end of April and it's July now. It works well but perhaps would be better served if the glass were a little thicker.
