Not as pictured and labeled, but it's buckwheat honey
The honey is much sweeter than other buckwheat honeys I tried and is very liquid though dark as buckwheat honey should be. So far so good. What I really don't like is the plastic, wide and short jar (3.5" diameter and 2 5/8" tall) with no neck and that squeezes when you try to open it. Well, at the beginning it is very full, so you are likely to spill the honey. The label is completely different and as tall as the jar with the lid, so it is pasted over the lid. You have to break it to open the jar and some nutritional information is not readable any more, because the label rips. I advise to cut the label with a sharp knife before opening. The label statesGoshenBuckwheat Honey Rawand it's DISTRIBUTED by Amish Honey Inc. It does not say made in Lancaster, PA. On the lid there is a second label with another bar code, probably added by Amazon, which refers to the "100% Natural Domestic Buckwheat Honey - *Amish Honey*" listed here.

The jar
Not to speak to the quality of the honey, but the container mine came in is really obnoxious. It's not the jar in the picture, but rather a very short, fat plastic one that is a trouble to open because the honey spills our everywhere if it's tilted at all in the process. Maybe just cause I have small woman hands but it's enough of a pain that I had to take a small amount out and put it in a more convenient jar.

Expectations for Buckwheat Honey
I have a particular liking for some buckwheat honey that used to be available in the Owens Valley of California (southeastern California). As I have not been able to find this honey, and the company making it appears to have disappeared, I have been looking for a replacement. The honey from Pennsylvania if good, and much better than what I will call "regular" honey, but it has a somewhat different flavor from the buckwheat honey I am trying to replace.

This is a great tasting Honey from an awesome Seller
This Seller is very helpful I would highly recommend this Company. You really can't go wrong with them because they stand behind their product. The honey itself was very delicious and had a natural flavor to it unlike the honey I used to buy in the Store you just can not compare it!I will buy it again , and some of the other Honey's they carry!

Really great taste, though..
Absolutely hated the jar, it was fat and looked a lot smaller than the one pictured. It also got everywhere when I used it. Kind of poor packaging i guess, it seems like the remnants may have evaporated due to a hole in it somewhere, it was the weirdest thing. The taste was amazing though.

Not fresh
Flavor good but had hard layer on top of honey I had to break through, an empty area under that then honey with was grainy and laced throughout with hardened honey that when we squeezed the jar cracked. Really strange. Returned for refund.
