Without these you can't use the machine.You have to buy atleast one set of these till machine lasts. Cost is high but machine is good in comparison to cost.

Price to Performance is great. Got it at 399. Which is totally worth. Using since last 9 months. No problem at all. Go with battery powered instead of rechargeable toothbrushes.
