These are very shiny metallic gold and come in a variety of sizes. They really are edible and won’t break your teeth. Let them warm in your mouth a few seconds and then they dissolve. I used them on a cake at Christmas.

Bought these edible gold pearls and was a little worried because of the mixed reviews. But, I found them to be very tasty. Much like old fashioned sugar jawbreakers in taste, only not nearly as hard. LOLAdmittedly, the larger ones can be a bit difficult to bite at first without sucking on them for a few seconds. So you might not want to use the large ones on a child’s cake at all. Overall, they are very pretty, shiny-mirror-like and sweet.
