EAS Muscle Physique Dietary Supplement, Cherry, 7.8 Ounce

I will post numerous times on this because it's a progressive effect. First impressions is that the cherry flavor actually tastes pleasant, which i cannot say is so for so many other fitness products... there have been protein mixes that I had to throw out from Star because I couldn't choke them down. This tastes good and doesn't require large amounts of water, milk, etc to mix with. My one initial complaint is the size of the packaging which will barely get me a week before I have to order more. A 2lb canister to last me a month would be far preferred rather than 7.8 oz.

Seems to be a good product from a reliable name in health supplements. This product tastes excellent just like cherry kool aid with little to no extra grit taste. As far as how much I feel it helps, I can't really be sure. I've added size and seem to recover fairly well but nothing just mind blowing. Only downside to it is that it's a very small supply so to use it as much as they recommend, you'll have to be ordering a new container nearly every week or two.

This product was very helpful in building my strength up when I began going to the gym, results were very quick as well you notice a change in muscle mass and strength in less than 2 weeks. Bodybuilders might not think betagen offers enough its just creatine with HMB, some of the hardcore stacks offer more benefits im sure. But this is a great product if youre a casual lifter and want to put on some size and strength quickly before summer time.

Great flavor, not too sugary. I like that it doesn't have extremely large amounts of creatine, because I wasn't looking to put on a lot of water weight. It does what it is supposed to do if you take it after you work out, as long as you haven't been taking HMB for a long time, because it loses it's effectiveness. Good to cycle on and off of once in awhile so you can really push out some reps, and not be as sore as you would otherwise. Also the price is good.

Tastes like cough syrup. Not good. I mixed it with water and lemon juice to make a sort of cherry lemonade, which made it 100x better. It did mix into water extremely well without clumps. Overall, the price was high because this container is about a 2 week supply. For this reason, I will take creotine pills from now on.

I've looked into any genuine research I could find, and the two ingredients in this supplement are the only ones that have scientific backing. From personal experience, I do find that I build muscle faster by using this product. Nothing miraculous, not steroid like, but a noticeable boost. No side effects in my experience, and the research doesn't indicate any safety issues. Obviously this is an individual opinion and you should use your own judgement.
