Crushed Peppermint Mill Candy Bits Topping - 5 lb. bag

My wife makes a peppermint bark every year. She normally buys candy canes and crushes them because it always is fresher. This year she decided to try this peppermint. She loves it! It's fresh, not all clumped up and the perfect size. We'll all benefit from this with some really great candy!!

Great large bag of crushed peppermint. It is a great size for toppings for baking. I used it on chocolate spritz cookies and larger cookies. I could see it used for decorating cakes too. I love the size, small enough for baking but still some candy size bit to it.

These are incredibly convenient for making bark. I find their peppermint flavor is just ok, and the size is a bit smaller than would be ideal - but I'll work with it for the convenience!

Too small. Rather than crushed, maybe I should have ordered chopped?

Good buy uniform pieces, great for chocolate chip peppermint cookies (use 3/4 cup per batch in place of the nuts).

These are great for a fabulous price! I use them in quite a bit of cooking & with this amount, won't need to buy any for a long time. I used to buy candy canes, unwrap each one & then put them through my food processor. But they would clump up over time so I had to keep the crushed candies in the freezer. Not these! They don't clump & they cook great!
