It works if you're going for a "look".It is rather thin, but feels very soft.I cant imagine even attempting to vacuum, as there us zero overall weight to it, so cleaning???? Hmmmm, not too sure.4 stars for pretty.....can't fairly rate anything else about it, but if I had to rate based on a hunch, I'd have to give it 3 stars.

We have a huge bathroom, this rug works great in it!! Dries quickly, not slippery!! Easy to clean (except for dog hair). Would buy again!

This carpet came vacuumed sealed so I had my doubts. I opened it up and it flattened out right away. After a couple days the carpet had become super soft. It's perfect for a teenagers room!

I purchased this for my one year old grandson to have something to sit on or lie on as we have hardwood floors. The padding underneath this is very good, pretty thick, and that is what I like about it. The down side is that the fur isn't as thick as it looked in the advertisement. Also, the smell is pretty strong. I put it outside for an entire day, and I thought it was gone, but after a day inside, it came back. So I decide to throw this in the wash. I washed in on the bulky setting which has a gentler spin cycle, used a laundry soap that is neutral, and it is drying outside. I think it will be ok now. The rug held up well in the wash. Not a bad purchase for the price. That is why I gave it 4 stars. The biggest down side was the smell.
