I have used this for years. This is a nice clean caffeine and B vitamin boost that never lets me down when I don't feel like working out. My mind becomes Sharp and focused and ready to work out almost immediately. I only need one quarter scoop to get me going. No crashes or side effects that I have experienced. I like the taste and I do mix it with certain things sometimes. I don't recommend ingesting this in the evening as you may not sleep, but I guess you could go vacuum the whole house afterwards. LOL.

Good stuff! The flavor is fine, not as sweet as many other pre-workouts, but I didn't expect that being that it's using natural sweeteners not sucralose. I've taken other products with more Beta-Alanine, so this dosage doesn't give you the super itchy feeling or tingling that others have. Gives you good focus and no jitters. I'm going to try the 2-in-1 product next. Great clean product! Drink a nice cup of coffee before taking this and it's really a five-star as little extra thermogenic and focus.

I find I really do have more energy for my work outs. I have been guilty of cutting my workouts short in the past,now I have to set a time limit or I do lose track of time.I don't know if it us coincidence, but I've shaved off time on my running and rowing. Not a whole lot mind you,but enough for me to get even more motivated. I seem to have more focus and energy for weightlifting too.I am a fan of organic and natural items,very glad to find this.The taste is mild,I could barely taste it but maybe I added too much water. It is very mildly grainy,mixes pretty well though. There is a little bit that never seems to want to mix for me ,however I drink it down with no problem. Using a shaker bottle might make it completely mixed.There is two recommend directions on the container,one for beginners(or people that might be sensitive to caffeine perhaps).

Honestly I don't feel any extra energy from this. The taste is great, but can't tell what the sugar amount is. It states Stevia as well as a blend of berries, but doesn't state the sugar dose per serving. Or I can't seem to find it on the label. I don't think I'd purchase this again mainly because of what I've mentioned and the price point.

I've been working out for over 10 yrs. Have used numerous pre-workout supplements. I'm in constant search of a clean effective product. I'm much older now so I don't get to workout as much, a couple times a week if I'm lucky. So I've only used this product a handful of times since I got it a less than a month ago.Smart muscle is fantastic! Has a clean taste. You a get a great pump substained energy. No jittery feeling or blushing of the skin. Taste is not great due to the Amino acids but who cares it's decent. Anyways I highly recommend this product. Hope it works for you as well as it has for me.

Sorry. Didn't work for me. I used C4 pre-workout before and it gave me great boost. I tried this product because is NON-GMO but it didn't work and i didn't like the taste. Different people-different results.

This is the best pre-work out I ever had. There no jitters, subtle. There are days I don’t need it, but when I’m fatigued and can’t get to the gym. I have just one scoop, that’s all I need in the morning. It’s also my new daily dose of caffeine for the day. Lastly, the BCAA helps! I also put in an additional vegan BCAA scoop. The taste is amazing. The action starts 15-30 minutes after drinking. So I typically drink it as I’m getting ready and heading out to the gym.
