Fantastic quality product truly made from nature as intended...fully assimilable (the body can use it all, no fillers or synthetics)😊 It gives me sustained energy by getting me through the afternoon without wishing I had time for a nap. I put a tsp or more into a bottle of water mixed with juice and drink it through the morning and sometimes have more at the end of the day, it is so healing and helps keep the bowels healthy too. I feel it helps my body to perform better. Knee pain recovered within a week while continuing to exercise and climb stairs daily, which normally would take weeks and pain while walking stairs. It's got a kick with some cayenne in it which is amazing for circulation. Loaded with super foods. Really it's the best vitamin out there in my opinion and experience. Try it and if you're not use to it, start small and work your way up. Thank you for making awesome products at great prices (especially in bulk).

I use a teaspoon mixed with my workout drink each day. It seems to deliver increased energy, but also has reduced my IBS symptoms significantly. Of course, it is no coincidence that those two things are often connected symptomatically. My suspicion is that it is not the 'vitamins' per se, because I already have taken ample bio-available vitamins for over a decade. Everything has 'vitamins and antioxidants'... yawn. Rather, the herbs seem to impact the gut flora - in a positive direction. I have dysbiosis, and have found it to be minimal while taking these herbs.

We love Vitalherbs in our household, and this package is the best deal I have found. I feed Vitalherbs to my dairy goat herd daily, sow e go through a LOT of them, this package lasts us about a month with 10 goats. I also take the same supplement, and though I am usually lazy and buy the capsules, I also have empty capsules and a capsule filler so I can take the loose power and make capsules for myself when I am feeling industrious. It is cheaper that way, for sure, but more work! Vital herbs can be taken as a vitamin/mineral supplement when you would prefer your vitamins and minerals to come from a plant-based source instead of the many synthetics in your standard vitamin. And the fact that it has prime shipping is a big thumbs up for me!

I have tried this in tincture version and now powder. The powder is much more economical and you feel it right away. I put a heaping tsp in morning smoothie.

I love Dr. Christopher formulas so much. This is powder, a little bit spicy, using with mucus less diet, wheatgrass juice and other supper food. Gives me so much energy.
