It took a good bit of work to get it going
It took a good bit of work to get it going. It was worth the effort. I get all available channels (digital) very very well. And, I pay no monthly fee for them, excellent. All it took was less than $80 for the entire setup and voila excellent reception.

Great product for price
This antenna is excellent for the price. Do not buy anything else if you are looking for more power or if you have trouble maintaining a single direction for your channels, this is as well as you will do I suspect. Look, it's not going to be perfect if the weather/atmosphere is unusually unstable for some channels in your respective area - it will happen like anything else. Other than that, this guy is my 5th antenna this year and it's by far the best one tried because of the rotation adjustment and quality of picture/sound. I have it on lower roof corner (24 ft approx) so it can pan about 3/4 of full 360 degrees of open air but some roof obstruction. Get this thing up at least 20 ft, the higher the better you know this part. Antennas must move I've learned to deal these days in a dense, wooded suburban area. I'm 20 miles outside of Cleveland and we notoriously have problems with CBS. I have had a great HD picture on the big 4 ...that's FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC...all I care about for sports.Initially, I recommend setting up a wi-fi camera (belkin camera w/free phone app great home monitoring tool for kids, pets..antennas) to see the antenna and get the hang of the rotation of the antenna...or get a partner, ugh. I like to see for myself and I got the full story on it's performance as my signal responded on tv in front of me at same time. It's not the most reliable rotation device which is a complex machine task and it tends to stick at times, switch directional command on the remote after a full rotation...it's workable though and durable material. Once i had to go up and nudge it to move again and it was fine. I've had no problems with rain and storms so far. Finally, to report, I've randomly lost signals for NFL broadcast suspiciously on stable channels only during beginning and end of games not sure what that is related to but it's the NFL, the shadiest tv product holders in existence.Get the 1 inch bar recommended with it and use quality TAR in a caulk gun on a roof job not caulk material or your're in for problems. I also switched out for bigger lag bolts than what came with my mount bar for stability.

Perfect Picture, Fantastic Price
Perfect reception, about 17 channels come in, although many are lame PBS, etc. I get FOX and CBS which are most important for football season. I live about 45-60 miles from the various broadcast towers for my area of Lacey, WA (the south sound near Seattle). I mounted it on my roof (about 20 feet up) and pointed it at Seattle.

Stoped working.
Out at the ranch in Texas I'm over 100 miles away from larger cities. This worked awesome! I can now watch college football all day!Update. Stopped working after 3 months. I would not recommend you buy this.

I receive numerous channels from at least 80 miles away
It really reaches out and brings in the signals!!! I'm receiving channels that I've never heard of from towns I have never had enough radius to get before. The unit will sometimes rotate in the opposite direction from the indicator so I would recommend placing it where you can keep your eyes on it. I have owned it for over 90 days before writing a review so I could be sure of its quality.

Works great for the price.
We got this one to get locals that our cable company took away from us and we are very pleased with it. It works just as good as the one's that look the same but cost more. The only thing that you will need to install this is a mounting post every thing else is in the box.
