Laura Geller I-care Waterproof Eyeliner "Charcoal" (unboxed)

THE BEST EYELINER, I use Charcoal, but unfortunately, I don't believe they are still making this color.......that's my luck..!!!

Love this eyeliner. The only problem is that it is hard to find in stock in charcoal color

Laura Geller products are excellent in general, and specifically excellent for her "i-care" eyeliner. Easily applied, smudges nicely, once set it remains in place until cleansed away as it is truly waterproof.

I was looking for a liner that would stay on when my eyes watered. This one smudged and made me look like a racoon.
