The noise piece did help a little. The rest of the kit wasn't effective for us. Overall the product would be good for an average size person. If you have a large body frame, a lot of the components won't fit.

I havent tried the entire set together yet, only the nasal plugs. They fall out or are too uncomfortable to keep in with the larger size.

Didn't work for me at all. The items seems to be of pretty good quality, and the price was very good for the amount of items that you get, but none of these helped with my snoring at all. The mouth guard made me feel like I was choking in the middle of the night, even after being properly fitted by following the manufacturers instructions. The chin strap did nothing for me besides make me wake up with crazy hair. The nostril dilators or nose plugs or whatever they're called didn't help me either, and they seemed a little too soft to be of real assistance to anyone. Maybe these will work for you, but unfortunately none worked for me and I still sound like a pack of wild boar when I'm asleep.

Everything in this package worked,but the chin strap I couldn`t get used to and the mouth guard,I never could get molded to my mouth.(NOT the companies fault). I always felt I had the biggest wad of gum in my mouth holding it open all night long drying out my mouth and lips.It would have been nice if there was a choice of small,medium and large,but I love the nose plug,they really work.I got another nose plug once and it was a really hard plastic,this one is very soft and pliable,but still hold shape.You do get three different sizes on that. Great products.

Head strap had a very strong chemical scent when arrived. The head strap worked well for about a week but now it is stretched out and is too big for my head. :(

My boyfriend got this for himself after I became cranky from a few nights of sleep deprivation. Seems to be working well as I have not been being woken in the middle of the night by a chainsaw. We like that it has several different things to try.

I really only use the nasal spacers. The head wrap isn't big enough for my head (I have a huge head) and the mouth guard is kind of uncomfortable in my opinion.
