Best for making dosas
I have used many non-stick pans earlier. They start deterioration in a couple of weeks. After 6 months, they are in pretty bad shape. In a year, I throw them and buy another one.I have used this for more than a month and this is looking and working as new. Food does not stick. Oil does not stick to the pan. Very easy to clean.

No lifetime warranty, not worth
I bought this on feb 2021, I have been using it since then, but now it has become totally useless. Everything is sticking on it.That too after taking immense care and never allowed my maids to use it or clean it.When contacting Meyer team they send their list of t&c on how to use this tawa and one clause is to use it on low to medium heat only.But I guess for crisp dosas we need to amp up the heat.Anyways will not suggest this to anyoneI think proper cast iron tawa is best.

Too soft dosa
Dosas come out a bit too soft. Dosas do not become crisp or crunchy or hotel-style like on other nonstick tawas.
