I have used a plethora of similar products over the years. In truth, I had all but given up on any of these type of supplements really helping me. In full transparency, the only reason I even considered trying this one is because I am a fan of CT.However, imagine my surprise when this product did actually work for me with minimal changes to my routine. I still ate about the same, worked out about the same, and did not really have any other variables besides including this product into my supplement regime.As a test, other than the first day and the last day of the entire month I have taken this product I did not weigh myself. However, over the course of the month, I noticed my clothes were fitting differently. I train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and took 2 before sparring once and thought I was going to get a little bit of a pump, much to my surprise I felt as if though I was going to have my heart explode after just one round. I was sweating like a terrorist and had enough energy to rip a coyote in half. Very much recommend on my end

Product does what it says! I'm lit when I take it with no adverse reactions. The directions state take one to two or take one to start with until you find out your tolerance. I have been taking one a day on an empty stomach as directed. I will move on to 2 once I receive my next bottle. It definitely curbs your appetite! Just ordered bottle #2! I absolutely love it.

I like it but don't take 2 at the same time. It had me feeling sick to my stomach. I am only taking 1 until my body gets used too it and then I'll increase to 2.
