Works great, fast data transfers, helpful to have access remotely without spending a lot of money
I'm using this switch to power 16 IP cameras connected to an NVR. Setup was easy, Recognized and configured the cameras quicker than using the NVR. I downloaded and have been using the app. Configurations are minimal, you can turn the power on and off at each port and reboot the switch remotely. Sturdy box and fast data speeds.

Nice switch for the price
I had POE ports go dead in a matter of months and the company made it right with me. I have bought many from them and 99% work just fine. I do have 1 other that the main feed Ethernet ports the input port had a issue after a couple years but the Ethernet uplink once I switched it to that port the NVR ran ok again without the lag that the main port had a issue with. Overall it is a very good switch for the price

Efficient and Reliable PoE Switch for Networking Needs
I recently invested in the STEAMEMO 5 Port AI PoE Switch, and it has significantly enhanced my networking setup with its robust features and ease of use. This switch includes 4 POE (Power over Ethernet) ports along with 1 uplink port, supporting the 802.3af/at PoE standard for delivering power and data over Ethernet cables. With a built-in power capacity of 52W, it efficiently powers connected devices such as IP cameras, VoIP phones, and access points without requiring additional power adapters. The switch is designed for simplicity, featuring an unmanaged setup that is plug and play. Its metal construction ensures durability and reliability, suitable for both indoor and outdoor environments.Overall, the STEAMEMO 5 Port AI PoE Switch is an excellent choice for anyone looking to expand their network infrastructure seamlessly. With its extended reach of up to 250 meters and reliable performance, it's ideal for small to medium-sized businesses and home networking setups. Highly recommended for its efficiency and convenience.

Works as advertised. Bought it for fiber optic connections
The information regarding this switch is limited so I wanted to take a moment and tell my experience.I bought this 4 port switch as well as another 8 port switch for use with surveillance cameras and wifi access points. The installation uses around 600ft of OS2 single mode fiber optic cable. The reason I choose this switch is because it offered gigabit speeds across both POE ports and uplink ports as well as I can confirm the SFP port is full gigabit. The SFP ports have very good compatibility with every kind of SFP I tested.I can confirm it works with:Single mode 1310nm 1Gbe FS brand HP compatibleMulti mode 850nm 1Gbe Transition Networks and FinisarMulti mode 850nm 1Gbe CiscoSingle mode 1310nm 10Gbe FinisarMultimode 850nm 10Gbe FinisarCopper DAC direct-attach-cable 10Gbe 10GTek brandCopper RJ45 adapter 1Gbe HP compatibleNOTE: 10Gbe SFPs will only operate at 1Gb speeds. If you plan on using this with fiber optic cable, you need to ensure you are using the proper transceivers and patch cables for the installation. Single mode cables (identified as SMF SM or OS1 OS2) are usually yellow and support much longer lengths 2km+. SM typically uses 1310nm transceivers. Multi mode cables (identified as MMF MM or OM1,2,3,4,5) are different colors depending on speed and typically use 850nm transceivers. Orange OM1 is old for 100Mb or Gbe at shorter lengths. OM2 is also orange and rather old for 1Gbe, not backward compatible. OM3-4 are teal and support 10Gbe. OM5 is lime green not very common yet. One important note about fiber is that most uses duplex style connectors (2 fibers) and you must ensure you have outputs connected to inputs or else it will not work. Simplex transceivers are more expensive and use only a single fiber connector.I did not test the POE budget or the "VLAN" feature. The VLAN feature sounds more like port isolation. I might update the review later. I don't believe that this switch can support VLAN tagging.

Unreliable, Not manageable, Poor/no support
Unreliable device, Poor or non-existent customer support5 of the 8 poe ports died after only 2 weeks of operation. There is no way to locally manage this switch, contact with support can only be achieved via rarely read email. After a few attempts, I got this response"sorry sir. You can go to the platform where you bought the switch and contact our store customer service, and he will handle the after-sales service for you."

Solid at a great price!
Solid little unit and despite lacking documentation in box and the app being a little strange in it's naming and flow. Once set up and connected (which was pretty easy), the app lets you access the necessary features from anywhere. I bought mine to power a POE Zigbee radio as well as offer Ethernet connections to my TV and Shield box. Everything working great!
