After cracking the Apple logo on my MacBook Pro I decided it was time to get a case. This one was exactly what I had my heart set out on. It's unobtrusive to the ports ( I also got the rubber plugs to protect those which I recommend). It's stylish and doesn't weight the laptop down too much. Only thing I can add was that the clear material in the middle of the panels is thinner/softer than I was expected (not a hard shell), but this actually hasn't bothered me. It fits tight and the inside stays clean and dust free, and it doesn't seem to effect the MacBook's cooling abilities. Had it for about a month now and take my laptop to/from work multiple times a week. Overall MUCH better than previous laptops cases I've owned, would buy again and again!

So I've had this case now for about a few months. I have to say that I absolutely love this case! The pictures do not do this product justice. It also snaps close when you close your Mac. It does take just a few tries when you first get use to opening it because when you pull the tab to unlock it, you may first pull just a tad too hard and there are two tabs at the top that snap on to the screen that may unsnap. You definitely get use to it and isn't an issue anymore after a few times. It's definitely made with good materials and is not flimsy in the least! There is also two semi clear peices that protect both top and bottom of your Mac which will protect it from surface scratches which is a must for Macs! Also, the rubber pads on the bottom are very thick and give this case amazing grip so it doesn't slip when typing. By far the best case out there and you would not be disappointed in the least if you bought it!

I've only had this case on my laptop for about 10 minutes so I can't attest to how well it does when dropped (and hopefully I never have to) but so far I really like it. Fits like a glove and looks great. I got a matching blue logo sticker which I think looks really cool, even though the one I got doesn't fit the apple logo perfectly. But you get what you pay for. I had a couple cheap cases on my old MacBook Pro and hated them. I already have a lot more confidence in this one. Here's hoping it stays that way

Great case,compact,nice color

I have read multiple reviews describing the case as very hard to put on. I actually found the case quite easy to put on and this was using my non-dominant left hand after rotator cuff surgery to do so. The case seems very sturdy especially around all corners. I will use it for a couple of months and report back if this is still true but at this point I am extremely happy with this case. The first case that I purchased for my Mac at twice the cost did not even the last five months before it started cracking. So far two thumbs up.

Honestly didn’t work for me. I didn’t like the look as much as I thought I would plus it had some troublesome features. First off it was difficult to put on. At first I was thrilled to see a case that really won’t come off. But that’s the thing, it realllllllly won’t come off. I needed to remove it for Apple to service an unrelated problem and it was on so tight I began to bend the outer body of my Mac! To my embarrassment I damaged my otherwise perfect Mac and cut my fingers in the middle of the Apple store. Two months later I bought a case equally secure with a better design for 1/3 the price. Plus I didn’t kill myself putting it on.

I've had this case since 2018 after fixing my laptop which I dropped and damaged. it has been the absolute best thing for me. it is essentially an otter box for your laptop. im sad that it's no longer available and couldn't beat out the other cases on the market!

Awesome case! Lots of compliments on it. I use my computer for work and travel with it a lot and this case has lasted much longer than every case I’ve had before.Update: as of late May 2021, this beast of a case is STILL going strong! I’m not sure I’ve ever had a case for an electronic device that was more durable than this one.
