Been on these for 3 months now and have noticed a big difference in my hair. I initially started them due to losing weight which in turn has made my hair fall out. These have helped to prevent that, the fallout has significantly reduced. My hair breaks less, despite being bleached and is growing quicker and appears thicker than it usually would. They also seem to be supporting my nails to grow and strengthen too. The only negative is the flavour that claims to be natural cherry, the taste is far from natural and not very nice but the positives outweigh this. I do think theyre excellent value for money, even without the subscribe and save option and are extremely easy to take.

Wife likes these gummies and takes one a day as advices. She said that the gummies tastes cherry and rose which is really nice flavour. Gummies are sweet so can be taken as one a day treat. These vitamins are back up to our daily diet, not replacement, that's why the percentage of some vitamins is not 100% or over. These are Hair vitamins so I think biotin should be full recommended amount, however here we have half of recommended intake. Looking at the other vitamins and recommended dosage..most of them are much lower than we need per day. Vitamin A is few times higher than recommended here..Folic acid-twice more than we need and Iodine a third more too. These vitamins are suitable for people 18+ years. The plastic container is strong and child safe. 60 gummies will last for 60 days. Can recommend it.
