The media could not be loaded.  First off, I am not entirely sure what all of the health benefits are for this product. When you look it up online there are multiple. I will just tell you what we used it for. My husband was not feeling well (in pain and a little achy). Something you might take 2 red (anti-inflammatory) pills for? He muscle tested the Paneer Doda and his body said 3 teaspoons on an empty stomach. I heated up the water kettle and mixed the powder and hot water. I let it cool to warm and he chugged it. Slept for 3 hours and said it helped him feel better. It tastes disgusting, does not dissolve well and smells reminiscent of animal feed. Not as easy as taking those red pills but a lot healthier. It's a trade off, but a healthy one. It's a supplement and seems to work well. That being said, my hubby opted for the pills before bedtime, because it was easier.Haha. I took one star off because there are no instructions on how to prepare the powder on the package. I had to look it up.

Paneer Doda seems to be used mostly to help control blood sugar, but I ordered this product because it can also help lower cholesterol. It's nice that this comes in powder form because it is easier to use. I like to add it to a bowl of soup or gravy that I put over bread because the food disguises the Paneer flavor which is very bitter. It would be very difficult for me to drink a glass of water with this in it. Another use of this that comes in handy is applying topically to wounds can kill the germs and even speed up healing. I feel the price is reasonable for the 1/2 pound quantity.
