Easy to assemble and it’s simple. Only thing is don’t be too rough when assembling or the sticks will crack.

Bought this for office parties. Definitely needs a little practice—but you’ll get the hang of it. We’re getting a lot of use out of it and always elevates decorations without breaking the bank. Buy this once and then all you have to do is buy a bag of balloons as needed.
