I didn't know the answer to this question, so I googled "Dead On Tools Warranty". There is actually a page on Amazon for it, so I guess they've gotten this question a lot. Surprisingly, I was not able to find the info on Dead On's web page. You can tell that a lot of thought was put into the design. The one that I purchased from Amazon was a gift for my brother, who is a contractor for new builds and remodeling. He's never said anything about how much he does, or doesn't, like it, but whenever I help him out, he's always using it.
