Perfect vitamin for my low carb way of eating
I'm 79 and decided to jump on the Low Carb, Intermittent fasting way of eating. Everything went really well until I got leg cramps every night. Researching the issue found that I needed more Magnesium in my diet but that's difficult because so many of the foods needed were off limits to a low carb diet. I went looking for a vitamin that would provide not just Magnesium, but contained everything needed for someone who doesn't eat enough to get the vitamins they need. I found the Myers Multivitamins and they've been perfect. I can't take the six pills a day but just two or four a day are enough to stop the leg cramps, my nail quit splitting, and I have a lot more energy.

Just Got Them But They Seem Great
I'd read about them in relation to hair-loss and taking thyroid medication. The good news is that hair-loss with most thyroid drugs is reversible. These vitamins were recommended in conjunction with that. Will probably switch from my sorry-ass Endocrinologist who I had to convince that hair-loss associated with Synthroid and Levothyroxine is reversable with research HE should have known. Don't Google it; AI it. That's where the answers are. Point blank.

Huge Game Changer for my Hoshimoto’s Symptoms!
When I was diagnosed with Hoshimoto’s and I started a strict AIP diet but I knew something was missing. I finally discovered Amy Myers supplements. Both Amy Myer’s “Leaky Gut Revive” and her multi-vitamin were the added jewels that finally began to give me some of my long lost life energy back and started my body down this long road to recovery. I am on a low dose of NP Thyroid and I take the Gut Rive in the mornings with a warm cup of fire and kettle chicken bone broth. I take the multivitamin as directed with lunch and dinner religiously. I have learned that this is a journey and I have grown so much in the whole process. It is not ALL in my numbers from my blood work. I look more to how I feel then what the doctors report reads. Finally those numbers began to reflect what I felt but it was not over night. It took my body years to get this out of whack unfortunately it takes time to get it back. Amy Myers supplements have been such a gift to me! Thank you Amy! Grateful grateful grateful!

Didn't work for me
I have Hypothyroid and was looking for a better supplement that would fulfill some vitamin deficiencies I have. Unfortunately, I experienced a few issues with this brand: 1. Acne - After, starting these I developed terrible ''teenage'' acne. I went from super dry skin to an oily T zone. I suspect the Biotin levels were too high and having to supplement with another vitamin (Pantothenic acid or B5) just isn't worth it. 2. Brain Fog. Taking a total of 6 pills a day (lunch/ dinner) can be a headache. It's hard to remember taking these at separate times and I felt my brain fog was getting worse. 3. Hunger pains. I found myself searching for another meal after lunch or late at night. 4. Developed anxiety (loss of breath and feeling of a lump in my throat) at times. I never had this problem with a regular multi-vitamin and I don't really have a lot of stress. 5. Insomnia. Though I've suffered from this most of my life, I eventually found a few ways to resolve it. However, taking these I could not shut off my mind, no matter what I tried. 6. Loss of energy. I noticed I had less after taking them, then if I didn't take them at all. 7. Hormones going haywire. Though it could be also be the thyroid itself, I honestly believe after I started taking these supplements, my emotions were all over the place. While this may have worked for others, it did not for me. Overall, I think there's just too much of some and too little of other vitamins in this supplement. So back to the drawing board I go and taking my regular multi-vitamin in the meantime.

The best multivitamin
These took a couple months to see the full effects (dietary changes usually takes 60+ days to affect thyroid function), and really work best when the full dose is taken at the recommended rate, but it's really the best multivitamin I've tried. It really made a huge difference. I also like that it doesn't have a medicinal aftertaste or give you awful-tasting burps like some other multivitamins. And after a year of daily use, it has never interacted badly with warfarin, even though it has vitamin K and so forth (your experience may be different, this is just true for me personally).
