I am not going to say that it factually has contributed to anything at all, but my testosterone has always been below the norm. When I tested it in June it was still below normal. I tested it again a couple of weeks ago and it’s in the normal range for the first time in my life. Not by an extreme amount, and it ended up costing me my ability to get approved for testosterone treatment, but it’s a step in a better direction. But I do want to reiterate that I am absolutely unsure if it’s because of taking Zinc or because I’ve been more active lately. The five stars is because it’s a low cost and better variation of Zinc.

Cons: Must Take with Food: As with many zinc supplements, taking this on an empty stomach can cause slight nausea. This isn't unique to this brand, but something to be mindful of. A small meal or snack eliminates the issue entirely. Large Capsule Size: The capsules are on the larger side. Not a dealbreaker for me, but something to note for those who struggle with swallowing pills. Zinc is necessary for our health. Picolinate is the recommended form of Zinc to take.

Seems like a great product. It does not upset my stomach at all and other zinc supplements have made me instantly vomit.

Quality product. I’ve taken it along with Vitamins C, D, Selenium, melatonin, to keep viruses away or lessen their effect. Vital component for me.
