TheraSpecs Haven Glasses for Migraine, Light Sensitivity, and Blue Light

When I had my first ocular migraine, I was terrified I had a retinal tear or detachment. The ophthalmologist told me it was a migraine, but gave me no advice about what to do for it - and once I had the first one, I was having them several times a week at least. Thankfully, no headaches, but it is really hard to do much work if you are seeing an electrical sign in part of your visual field. These glasses not only prevent my ocular migraines, but clear them up within 10-15 minutes once they start. They are miraculous and much preferred by me over the Excedrin Migraine solution an optimetrist later recommended given how often I have them (I am learning to wear the glasses all day, but frequently remember to put them on only after the problem occurs). I wish there were a few more styles to choose from, but for the freedom from ocular migraines they bring, I am still a huge fan.

Really helps cut down on glare when I have a headache or a migraine. Very soothing on the eyes. I even wear them in the dark. They seem well made and they are comfortable to wear. I do wish they came in a hard clamshell case and not a drawstring bag.

I wear these everywhere! I have both indoor and outdoor. Light weight but sturdy.

My daughter has visual snow syndrome, and it got so bad so that she was unable to drive at night. With the theraSpecs,she can manage her condition and it really helped her. Thank you!

Love these glasses! Great for computer screen glare

Purchased this second pair so I will never be without my TheraSpecs. They are the best way I’ve found to alleviate my light sensitivity- indoors and out. I have a small face, and the Haven style works great for me.

Wore them a 5 days at work and was migraine and regular headache free. Doing my happy dance. Everyone that suffers should give these a try. Won't be disappointed.

Great product! I have this tint in another frame as well. This really eases my eye pain when I am having an active migraine, and really helps keep migraine pain at bay when I am in my classes under fluorescent lights. These frames are nice and lightweight.
