LIT AF - ICY Fireworks

this pre workout is basically just the regular beyond raw, but with added caffeine and a better stack. AKA - more concentrated ingredients at a higher dosage.i would not recommend this as someones first pre workout, due to its high caffeine content and beta alanine. overall - 10/10.

Taste ia great but I am hating that this pre workout gets so hard I can't even get a scoop out of it. Iv had LIT before and absolutely loved it and had no issues with it which is why I wanted to try LIT AF. Something needs to be done in regards to this powder hardening up... It's a rock!

I took a scoop of this stuff to give me the energy to clean my house and do some de cluttering. I took it around 8 am and it lasted all the way until 4pm. It was a constant energy boost and it didn’t make my body feel jittery or uncomfortable. I think if you’re going to work out or do some extreme activity, I would take a little over a scoop.

GNC is a great example of how not to do business. I have been a loyal customer for years but unfortunately GNC does not care about long term relationships with customers. Instead they put short term finances over long term relationships. They refused to not do a simple exchange at there store for a product that I did not like the flavor of. GNC says that it has to be handled by amazon even though amazon is the third party and does not handle the refund/exchange process for this. I showed them all the emails and account information to prove it was purchased at there store but they did not care. Unfortunately they lost a customer because of poor customer service, for me it’s the principle of the matter and it really shows how GNC maybe in financial distress. I strongly suggest to do your business somewhere else that will provide a reasonable expectation of customer service.

Been an avid user of LIT for a bit (hey that rhymes!) and decided to see if the AF variety would get me an extra push. Be warned if you are accustomed to amount of servings you get from the normal version this one has less so it will not last as long. Flavor vs regular also tastes slightly off (competing gummy to gummy) Otherwise I honestly don’t notice a difference besides the “tingle” doesn’t hit the same as regular & that days I use it, even hours later, I find it harder to sleep vs regular. I believe there’s caffeine as an ingredient vs the regular and as someone who doesn’t drink caffeinated products that could be the issue. I’ll stick with regular for flavor, price point, and servings per container.
