I have to say, this is hands down the best probiotic I have ever used and I only take 1 capsule a day (half the recommended dosage). I have used other well regarded brands in the past ( e.g. Nutrivita) but I can definitely say, this one takes the top spot, especially because it has the added digestive enzymes which I think play a major role in the effectiveness. My digestion is just absolutely spot on, no bloating, minimal passing of gas and at that odur free. I'm very impressed and this will be my staple go to probitoic !Edit: I have recently upped my dosage to the recommended 2 capsules and I can say that beneficial effects as aformentioned have been very noticeably boosted !

They are an easy to take tablet & in only 3 weeks, my stomach feels settled & the best in several years. I’m very happy.

Delivery was quick and on time as usual for amazon. These capsules are easy to swallow i had no problems with that. But sadly they didn't seem to suit me. On the first day they made me vomit. Very strange not had this problem before. I carried on with them forover a month no more vomiting. I had no other side effects except constipation. They are full of goodness, they obviously suit lots of people just not me. Shame but it's a chance you take with new suppliments. The seller helped with advice the best they could. I tried different ways of taking them. Sad for me as they looked good.

Is this normal?! 6 days i have been taking them and as soon as I do I have very bad stomach pain right at the top of my abdomen that lasts all day. burning and gnawing

Finding this is helping with gut health - take on an empty stomach

Bought these to help with gut issues and constipation. They have no effect. Probiotics usually make me feel much better and allow for more regular bowel movements. This had the opposite effect for bowel movements. Those less than half the price work much better to do the job. Not sure if it may have denatured due to hotter weather conditions during transport, but these are by far the most disappointing probiotics i have tried and i have gone through many brands over the years.
