Uncle John's Impossible Questions (& Astounding Answers) Paperback – June 21, 2011

I used to think the Bathroom Reader was a childish book about farts and poop! Then I picked one up and was amazed that it was trivia! I heartily recommend you read all Bathroom Readers! I personally own about 20 of them! This is my first Kindle version and it's very good!

I received this book on Saturday, & I've only read 60 pages or so because of work. Today, my vacation starts & I know I will have the rest of this book read in a day or two. The trivia is addicting & it is very fun to attempt to answer the so-called "impossible" questions. It is such a fun format & the answers to the questions showcase what I've come to expect from the Uncle John's series: entertaining, in-depth entries that contain multiple facts & analysis. In the intro of the book, they mention that they're already working on a 2nd installment, & I for one cannot wait!

My husband enjoys his quiet time and he hates novels...as they require too much time. He loves Uncle John's Bathroom readers and has over the past 15 years I've been buying them for him. He can always count on at least one each Christmas. I have to say that it's rather fun and funny to hear laughter coming out of the necessary room every now and again. Talk about a successful gift. AND, I like hearing some of the funny stories he reads after the fact.

Father loved the book! He started reading the other Bathroom reader I bought him, but he was super happy to recieve another for his birthday. No shipping damage whatsoever.My only problem came from the seller. I had to track the package outside of Amazon, and the book wasn't even shipped until a day after the latest estimated delivery date! I hoped it would arrive by the 9th, but it didn't show up until the 22nd.But beyond that, it was a good buy! :)

I have a whole bunch of trivia books from Uncle John's line, and all of the other ones have really thick pages and nice, coated-in-something (plastic?) covers, which lets them stand up well in a bathroom, even when it's full of steam from the shower. This one, however, is bound in normal cardboard, and has normal, thin paper. After just a few months of sitting on my bathroom shelf, the pages and cover are starting to curl, which is really disappointing.The format itself is a mixed bag, with most of the "questions" being so open-ended that there's no way you could answer them without more information. The "answers" are pretty informative, though, so there's that. If this is the first of the Uncle John's books you've picked up, don't let it scare you off from their much better (in content and design) books, it's really the odd man out.

Got this for my husband for Father's Day & I know he will not be disappointed. He loves any & all of these books, in fact he won't let me even share them after he has already read them, so he now has 37 of them & I have ordered two more for Father's Day. Easy, fun & reasonable gift for the man that has everything else!!

I like the book but was surprised at how small it is; however, loved the format on have 1 or 2 questions on one page and flipping the page over to see the answers. So much easier that searching for the answer on page 567 or whatever other page far back in the book.For the price, I think there should have way more content.

This book posses many questions and answers. Like all the Bathroom Reader Books this one is a guessing game. Thoroughly enjoyed it

quite a few interesting articles i am getting wiser all the time, keep them coming, i like your books with the mini articles on the bottom
