High QUALITY carriers. I bought two for my cats and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the carriers and the accessories including a smooth removable crate bottom, bowls, cage water bottle and portable water bottle were sturdy. The construction of these crates have been the highest quality I've seen on the market as I have had to return the more "marketed" brands due to cheap construction and flimsy materials. I love top option as it's easier to load my cats and keeps them from damaging their paws when inserting them into the crate. Everything in this design was incredibly well thought out and constructed with pet comfort in mind and owner ease. Assembling was easy and the hardware was solid and not flimsy like the other brands. There is so much value, plus the accessories, it was a bargain. I HIGHLY recommend this carrier. Even my crate-shy kitty isn't afraid of it because the top is open. See pics! I'm so glad I kept researching the net for a better pet carrier!

I ordered this carrier because I wanted attached water bottle for a trip with my dog. But it arrived with a portable water bottle. It is because the website description was different from the picture. I contacted seller right away and she sent me a new water bottle for a complimentary service. I am very pleased with the carrier and customer service as well. The carrier looks both very durable and fancy. I also bought new dog pad and put it in the carrier. Most of all, my dog loves it!!! I highly recommend this carrier for dog lovers.

This is a very sturdy and attractive crate. Perfect for bringing home a new pug puppy.

Product it is one of the best I could find in Amazon (reviews wise). The upper lid does not open unexpectedly like in other cages (my dog is 9.5 lbs) but because the latches are plastic, I must admit I get scared from time to time when lifting it. However, it can be resolved using some mechanical screws if you are a handy person in that matter.The main negative part for this product I believe is the front door. From time to time, It goes out from the hinges. This is due to the fact the case expands vertically when pulling it from its handle (when empty). Now, because of the design, this cannot happen when the door is closed, but it remains a small inconveniente because you have to put the door back again in its place.While I was reading reviews from other transport cages in amazon, I noticed many people would complain about sharp edges inside from the vent openings. I noticed a couple of them while testing every single one with my finger tip. I simply filed them down with a nail file and the situation was resolved.The bottom separator it is a bit sharp, but I bought the little mattress for the cage therefore the dog never touches that area. It does not bend under her weight, so, I do not thing this should be a concern when buying this product.In general, I would recommend this cage but considering with the limitations mentioned before.

Love this carrier!! I got it for my rabbit who's about 6lbs and it fits him well even with a rather large blanket inside. Cleaning is very easy as the top cream color can come off. To lock it, you need to push a little but when you turn but it's very easy.
