I need slippers with kind of a grippy sole. Our house has tile floors and my old slippers were dangerous, the sole was plastic. I needed a rubberish, type of sole. These slippers are just as dangerous on tile floors. The sole looks to be made of a grippy material, but they are not. Ordered one size larger than I usually wear in shoes. Wish I could have ordered two sizes larger, but I got the largest size. My feet get the pins and needles feeling if I keep them on for more than a minute. I'm going to keep them and see if I can get used to them. They will probably become a dog toy. UPDATE: Do yourself a favor, buy your slippers at WALMART. You'd think that Amazon could do better.Update 5/30/18 I've been wearing them every day, I'm retired. I still have to walk carefully because they don't grip our tile floors. But other than than, I like them now. They fit better now and are comfortable and are wearing fine.

This are size 13#, I normally wear 12# shoe or boots. With socks these are the cats' meow

At first, these slippers felt like they may be a little small for my big size 13 feet.I felt like I was stepping on the back edge of the slippers.However, after wearing them a couple of days they have stretched and fit quite well.Very comfortable feeling and warm.I might even order a second pair.

Husband loves these slippers.Very good quailty.&Nice storeage bag.Fits prefect to his size l ordered 13.Today fathers day , he had them on.l told him these are for cooler months.So l will be ordering another pair.Maybe in another color. Thanks.

Feels great however needs to be a half inch longer , i got the size i ordered but i have to push foot all the way in otherwise i feel the seam on the end of slippers , can be a bit bothersome. My wifey likes how they look also just wish they were a little longer.

I took the advice of ShopsTooMuch and bought a size larger. It was a very good tip because they fit perfectly. I've been wearing them every day for about a week and they are comfortable and warm. I would buy them again, but like I did before, I would buy them a size larger.
