product damage parts messing and charging problem
The phone has scratched, also phone taking 1 hour 30 minute time to get fully charged. and silicon cover is missing.

Waste of money
I had this phone since 2021. Purchasing this was an instant regret because of poor camera, it's bulky size and bad operating system gui. It crashed all of a sudden in 2024, and all my data is gone with cpu which was shorted. I never played any game or had any app that would consume memory.

Waste of Money
I purchased a POCO X3 Pro on 24-10-2021, everything was working well, and the gaming was also good.But now my mobile got brick due to a software update. My mobile not getting switched on really its frustrating. Don't buy POCO models and don't suggest to anyone.

Cheap quality phones
motherboard issue after 1 year 7 months now for replacing with the original mother board it will cost 10 k and this models motherboard is having some issue so if u have plans to buy this just cancel and save yourself from this loss.

Worst phone !!.
I used this phone only for 8 months and its motherboard has been damaged . Bad camera quality and the battery backup sucks ! Plz don't buy this phone , check for alternatives . Waste of money.
