Cq acrylic 6x8 Inch Acrylic Picture Frame,Clear 10 + 10MM Thickness Stand In Desk/Table,Pack of 1

THIS IS NOT THE SAME THICKNESS AS THE ITEM I PURCHASED BEFORE. The item I purchased before was "20% thicker" and they are thick. When I "reordered" from my order history this Cq brand showed up with the same packaging appearance and I didn't realize until they arrived that they are NOT as thick. I have a hand-hewn mantelpiece and I need the 20% width so that the larger frames don't rock & fall over. In addition the wider frames are very beautiful and give a more crystalline depth to the images. IT IS WRONG FOR AMAZON TO SUBSTITUTE A PRODUCT IN PLACE OF ANOTHER THAT IS NOT IDENTICAL and allow a "reorder" option!!! I am working on a return. WHAT A HASSLE.

I really wanted to have my cousin's beautiful wedding invitation encased in acrylic as a keepsake gift for her wedding. Unfortunately, that was quite cost prohibitive. So, I decided to order this and, if I didn't like it, opt for a bigger cash gift. I'm so glad I did NOT waste the money on encasing it in acrylic. This was a beautiful and much cheaper option. The magnets are strong and easily kept the invitation in place. I just received a thank you note from my cousin yesterday saying that she loves it an it is sitting on her dresser. I could not be happier!

I wanted a clear "frame", if one can call it that as it isn't really a frame.My experience with pluses and ONE minus:PACKAGING - DEFINITELY giftable! Came in a VERY nice box with some light bubble wrap inside around it.THICK! - Wow, very thick, very high quality. Better than I could have anticipated.MAGNETIC - FABULOUS. Love how you pull it apart, put pic in and just put two pieces back together and it HOLDS.PRICE - MUCH BETTER than I would have expected for the price. GREAT BUY.ONE CAVEAT: YES, it is pretty heavy and will stand by itself on a flat surface, HOWEVER, should you have on a shelf, table, that is above, say, ceramic tile (as I do), put it WAY back from the edge. NOT that hard to knock over.IF I COULD HAVE ADDED ONE THING, it would be that there would be a hinged stand on the back or something.This is heavy and if even gently knocked accidentally and falls on anything other than carpet, I don't think it would survive.BOTTOMLINE: WOULD definitely get again and may get more. Just will be careful where I place them.

I had read the reviews of those who purchased this before me so I felt confident in ordering it. I wanted a "frame" that fit a standard piece of paper and allowed both sides to be seen because I have a poem written to me in high school by a great guy I was dating at the time (circa 1968). I found it when going through old cards and letters.Even knowing the product was likely to be very good, I was astounded at its quality. The packaging was perfect so when I unwrapped it I found two heavy acrylic pieces that fit solidly together over the paper I want to preserve. It was very easy to separate yet the four tiny magnets worked perfectly to hold it solidly together. It is perfect and will keep the fragile paper together for a long, long, long time to come. I couldn't be happier and will look at buying a few more for precious items that are two sided.One more thing: Amazon is so fast at shipping that I found this had been sitting on my porch for nearly a week before I began to wonder where it was.

This is a good frame. It was packaged well but it did arrive with a pretty good sized scratch on one side. I tried to buff it out with a little glass cleaner and a paper towel which didn't help. I'm only using this one as one-sided so not a big deal to me. Great quality and the magnets hold really well. It does stand up by itself but only if you make sure to put it somewhere it wont be bumped into. I originally got it for my mom to put on her desk at work, but there is just too high of a chance that someone will bump into the desk or she will close a drawer too hard or knock it over on accident. She put it on our big entertainment center in our living room and it has been perfectly fine. Her picture is also vertical so I think that makes it a little less sturdy than if she had it standing horizontally. If you want it for a desk or nightstand or something you constantly use I would buy one with a stand and get a lighter/thinner piece of glass or just use plastic.

It’s not sturdy. Wish I could return them but I threw away the boxes. I ordered various sizes, this one is obviously thinner than the others. If you’d like to order 8x10, I’d recommend to avoid this brand. The other sizes from this seller are thick and good quality.

Purchased one for myself a few weeks ago and liked it so much decided it would be a great to give for Christmas so I purchased several more. Even though I received an e-mail from the shipper that my order would be delayed, they still came in a very timely fashion and were packaged well. The magnets are very tight and I love that this type of frame enables you to insert and see two photos, back to back. Another nice option is, instead of filling the frame with a 4x6 photo, you can also use a smaller photo and it looks as if it is 'floating' in the frame. I prefer the rounded corners to other similar frames that have the sharp corners.
