Aspartame - Cant use it
Why so many unhealthy chemicals? For years I been trying to find the NO JITTERS, NO NERVOUS feeling type of caffeine buzz I get from Diet Coke. But; I can't drink it because it contains toxic Aspartame.Bought the 5 hour energy hoping it will be better. Label says phenylalanine - its a type that is Aspartame. Other ingredient WebMD says can impair eye... health. Can't use it.Guess I will stay with my chemical free cold baking cocoa with milk drink and chopped frozen bananas. I gain weight but the buzz is healthy and smooth. Maybe can buy that 5 lb powdered ripe bananas on Amazon.

This works like it is suppose to. They are a great afternoon pick me up. Grape flavor is good. It's a hard to find flavor locally.

Good but expensive vs. the competition at local store.
These do the job. I use in afternoon, when I don't have access to coffee (don't drink soda). But my local Aldi store has their own brand, with same incredients and RDA percentages, for 69 cents each.
