Very flavorful. You only need a small amount to put on top of vegetables, fish or meat to really elevate the dish. A little pricey but worth every penny!

What I dislike is anything with Truffles is so expensive.What I like is the taste, so good.

Not quite as good as the top line Italian but at the price very nice. Used for pasta. Very rich flavor.

I have been using this to dress up my pastas and even just spread on hot bread. It easily turns a simple weeknight dish into something a lot more delicious and gourmet. I can already think of several other great uses for it and am looking forward to exploring its versatility with family favorites like mashed potatoes and grilled chicken.

It's really hard to find any truffle products without added truffle flavoring compound. It wasn't obvious on the product but definitely has added flavoring so much so that it's to the level of disgusting. If you want a plate of fake truffle compound this is it.

This product is great for enhancing recipes without overpowering them.

I wanted to make Ina Garden’s Mushroom Mac and Cheese. She recommends another brand, but I decided to try the Truffles USA. It worked very well and the dish was delicious. I will buy again.
