I am pleased with this pre workout
I am pleased with this pre workout. I have never taken a pre workout before so I was going on reviews and product specs. I am allergic to caffeine and stimulants because of it speeding up my heart rate. I took this and it didn't speed up my heart rate. Didn't give me the jitters.... It's clean energy and gives me a boost without giving me any side effects. The only con I have is the taste, it is sour&sweet because of the stevia. I am not a fan of any sugars at all except natural sugar or honey. It is also very tart. I find it hard to drink it because of the tart sweet taste. So I'd love an improvement on the taste everything else is perfect.

Flavor isn't great
Not a huge fan of the flavor, but love the option of a stimulant-free pre-workout drink. They're hard to come by and this was the only one I found that seemed like it was clearly caffeine free. I used C4 Ripped before and LOVED that flavor, and in comparison this one is rather bitter/sour and I'm not a fan. It's drinkable though and might grow on me over time.

Tingling Sensation
I think it's a good product besides the tingling sensation the beta-alanine gave my fingers and skin. The product says it will give you this sensation. Mine lasted for at least an hour. I guess it depends on the person, how it would affect you. Love their protein though.

It's a no for me dawg!
Absolutely horrible! The taste was disgusting! My face just frowned up thinking about it! On top of the horrid taste, it made my lips, face, and arm burn! It felt like they were on fire! Not a fan at all!Lastly I didn't notice a huge difference in my energy level after taking it. Unfortunately I will not use it again and will not suggest it to people!

great pre- but costly when taken regularly
I like it - but I'm not thrilled with how little product is in a package. I usually use 2 scoops of pre-workout, and this only lasted me one week.The pre-workout itself was great but I won't be purchasing again due to cost. $20 for one week is not worth it for me.
