i was looking for a cheap, but not TOO cheap, nicely featured scope for a 22lr rifle i intend to shoot "long range" with. i was quite surprised when i received this. im totally stoked to run this on my 22lr. im not a conspiracy theorist, but for those ppl who always say "its the same as xxx" i will add, the look, feel and packaging, all remind me STRONGLY of another popular *coughvortex* brand.as to how they would stand up to "real" rifle recoil, if arory tactical wants to send me another one for free to review, ill slap it on a larger rifle and see how it holds up ;) im curious to see if they are as good as they look, or if its all cosmetic, but am not really in a place to afford another right now.

Good eye relief
Has held up so far very clear optic. Using it on a 6.5 creedmoor

It began to change without notice or warning.
When I purchased this scope and first started using it, I was very impressed with its user friendly adjustments and very clear glass. For the first few weeks I never missed my target and was very satisfied. However, this victory was not to last. I began noticing it would not maintain settings and would need reset. At first that was only a minor issue. Quick adjustments and back to not missing. Then slowly that adjustment grew from 2 or 3 clicks to a dozen or more. Untenable situation... but I waited too long and was unable to get a replacement. A very expensive lesson. I really enjoyed the scope while it functioned properly and cannot find the words to express my disappointment.

poor quality great glass
Finally got to go to the range. Mounted on my 300 Weatherby mag. . the Clicks were very weak and too spongy, parallax was extremely hard to adjust. After each shot scope went out of focus and then was extremely difficult to refocus! This is a shame because the glass was outstandingly clear bright and sharp. Scope internals was totally crap. I guess you truly get what you pay for.

Nice 6-24x
I'll go over things I like and things I don't like.Things I like-- Glass is quite clear- Reticle is great, gives a great mil grid- Comes with a little adjustment peg to go on the zoom ring- Zoom ring is at an acceptable stiffnessThings I don't like-- Reticle does not light up, but this isn't exactly common on these kinds of high zoom scopes anyway. Would have been nice though- Does not come with 30mm scope mountsReally the only two things I have negative to say about this optic are nitpicks, with a 6-24x I can't imagine how much long range night shooting you'd be doing and most people would prefer an aftermarket mounting system for optics anyway.

Affordable
After a few weeks of owning this scope, it’s time to tell. It is a huge scope and looks good mounted on my air guns. Glass is clear and the reticle is easy to see. The looks are deceiving. The rings are not included, but I always use FX no limit. It will be really hard to zero if I use high ring because I could not get it to zero with bore sight and the turret was bottomed out. So, I try low profile rings, and it works just fine. Also, I can't get it to hold zero too long. If I use a bore sight, I sighted in at 50 or 75 yards, revivified the next few times after I was hunting and it was already off without firing the rifle. I tried to tight it little bit more and it is doing better. I really wanted a Vortex but did not want to spend that much money on something I won't use a lot or every weekend. However, this one is not too bad. I was able to punch holes close to center after a couple of rounds. I like that I can re zero my turret after I sight it in. I went through 10 rounds and I was still getting very good shot groups with 1/2inch at 50 yards and 3/4 at 100 yards with my FX Impact M3 0.25cal. If I compare to my other Hawke Sidewinder scopes, this will not be my favorite. I still pick up my Hawke anytime.

Very large scope
The focus is very clear at short and long distance. It has a quality lens and excellent imaging. Turrets have a quiet click. No illuminated reticle, the glass is clear so the reticle is easy to see and magnify settings.

Great craftsmanship
This scope does a great job of providing quality glass. It reminds me of name-brand scopes in magnification range and quality of craftsmanship. I like the soft rubber lens cover included especially when compared to simpler rifle scope lenses made of hard plastic and elastic. Those are very loud when you need to be quiet and this one will not give you up. I got this scope to use with my 308 for better magnification from its stock 3x9 scope to extend my reach accurately. Overall I am happy with the magnification and I like the 50mm objective lens as it is supposed to allow for more light when hunting in twilight. It comes with a 3" sunshade which is handy for outdoor ranges.
