Bicco Plastic Fish Scaler (2-Pack)

I bought one of these over 30 years ago and it still works pretty good, but the edges are worn from scaling thousands of bluegills over that time. I wanted a new one plus another so my husband could help me scale the bluegills if we caught a lot. The brand is moulded into the handle, so I did a search and was surprised that they are still being made! These are the BEST fish scaler ever made IMO. It makes quick work of scaling bluegills and other similar panfish and bass. It doesn’t work as well on fish that have small, soft scales like Perch, but it will still work. Highly recommended!

Awesome tool for scaling fish. Used it on crappies without a single scale getting flung out of the sink. Never thought id replace the ol metal spoon but this rocks.

Very easy to use

I found this on a Youtube video, showing how to cook surf perch, and the bonus of how to scale them. I did buy a two pack for my husband, so he can keep one at home, and one in his fishing cleaning box. It just works, and the scales don't fly around. Perfect!

Love this little item. I was trying for find something to scale my fish with less hassle. This little guy was recommended to me by a friend who goes fishing during the summer. You can't go wrong with this product and it is not expensive.

This little plastic scaler is awesome. Buy two and five one to a fishing friend because he will steal yours. Lol.
