Easy to assemble, power on, use and read. Decent value. Concerns include that if the unit is too tight around your finger, it will cause inaccurate, overly high readings. Position your finger directly in the center of the oximeter.

I checked this one against the hospital's and it read the same so you get a practical machine at a good price.

Easy to use and reliable

This is a really cool little item. Didn't even know they existed. A friend of mine who had respiratory problems told me how invaluable his was to him. So I ordered one. 10 bucks - big deal! Simple, easy to use, stick it on your finger and press the button. I found that my oxygen levels were always 98-99%, heart rate good, and my Perfusion Index was normal for my age. Being a life-long smoker (age 71) I found this encouraging. (Don't ever start smoking though - bad life choice.) I was so impressed I ordered one each for my two employees and both my sons. In my opinion, it's just something that you should check periodically - daily, weekly, monthly - whatever. It may just give you an excellent heads up before you realize your problem is too serious. Highly recommend.

We were going to return. Thought it wasn't working correctly. Took to the doctor and compared it to theirs. It works fine. It's my own health problem.

It is a little less accurate than the dr but very helpful as s screening
