This is great. I hung it on top of the door, cause my kids kept slamming the door and they could reach the door stopper at the bottom and it works great

Decent enough
Works great but I do worry some about the longevity. The plastic is rather flimsy and the mounting is questionable for locations that do not line up with a stud or solid baseboard. The price is a good deal tho and we just use caution to protect it from breaking or stripping.

These door stops are perfect to tame unruly door issues.
We needed a stop INSIDE to keep the door(s) from constantly closing when HVAC fan is on OR when two or more EXTERIOR doors are open. The EXTERIOR open doors caused a strong cross airflow that was actually dangerous --- the doors would SLAM shut on whoever or whatever was in its path. Both INTERIOR and EXTERIOR issues were solved with this product. DBL LIKE.

great for holding doors open
if we open our windows, sometimes it creates a wind tunnel that slams doors closed - this is perfect to hold a door open- and is not very noticible. Also great for the garage when you are carrying in lots of items.

Not good for exterior doors. Break
I bought 4 of these, and every single one broke in the exact same way after 6 months or less, and I’ve been quite gentle with them. I only bend them about 1/8th of an inch to release them.Maybe they’re getting brittle because they’re being used outside, but the product description sales these are for interior AND exterior door use.
