My doc prescribed this supplement from this supplier. So far so good. My labs no longer reflect a deficiency and it appears to be a well made vitamin.

I have added this based on the advice of my functional doctor and it is working great. Cholesterol has dropped naturally without statins, blood sugar is also in normal range, finally.

I take it every day, along with Vit D, for optimal health. I like the combination of the K’s and quality of the product.

Great supplement

I love the product and have ordered and used it for over 2 years. This is the first time I have received a damaged bottle. I wanted a replacement and read the steps. I would have to return the damaged product. I could have requested a refund but I still have to return the damaged product container. This is very frustrating as I live 65 miles to the closest UPS Store. Please do not send this item in a bubble-wrapped bubble lined envelope. Product is excellent but this month it was shoddy shipping.

I started taking this after two different bone cracks. If I don’t take it, I notice pain in those areas. As long as I continue taking it though there is no pain!

I have used this supplement for at least 5 years. My ND suggested it and I have broken no bones due to osteoporosis. An added bonus is that I don't get bruising like so many of us 'old' folks
