Does this block cell service?

Not at all signals still good and it also protects your phone if you drop it

Does this case charge the phone through contact wireless charging? my phone's usb port is busted, and will not charge via cord.

If your USB port is not working then this won't charge your phone.....

It says that it should be able to charge the phone while it's plugged in but it's not am I doing something wrong?

I found that mine will charge the phone fairly fast if the case is unplugged (1200 mA) but slows to a crawl if the case is plugged in. (250 mA) and it stays that way even after the battery case is charged. Are you seeing g that?
