Good for Rinne's and Weber's tests. Don't buy it for vibration sensation checks.
I am surprised by the negative reviews here. This is a basic 512 Hz tuning fork that can be used in clinic for hearing testing(Rinne's Weber's) and does that well. One cannot check vibration sensations during a neurological examination with a 512Hz tuning fork, you need one with a frequency of 128 or lower for it.

A nice tuning fork, does the job
I was looking for a small, lightweight tuning fork to carry in my medical bag and this was just perfect. I used it for Rinne and Weber tests and works absolutely fine.

Maybe this will be too light and the sound too ...
Maybe this will be too light and the sound too short, but for home use, especially the middle of the head check it's fine
