I just bought this today at the Harvest Festival in Las Vegas for $8.00, not the $10.00 as priced on Amazon. The vendor said it was the most popular soup they sell. It'll be dinner tonight. The free sample provided was delish.UPDATE: The soup for dinner was great. We added freshly baked chicken. There was enough left over for at least 2 more meals.

This soup was was so easy to prepare and turned out delicious after adding one can of chicken breast. A great soup for someone wanting something hardy in a short period of time. I liked it so much that I ordered several more boxes to have on hand.

Probably worth doing anything you can to make from scratch, if possible. I really wanted to find an affordable easy tortilla soup mix but this looks like something I'll just have to make from scratch.My family thought it tasted just okay out of the box. Not terrible, but not "nice restaurant" good either.

Have always been a fan of this soup. SO easy. I add a shredded rotisserie chicken, black beans, rotel, and some sweet baby corn. yummmmm

The soup mix is outstanding! I previously bought it at a Christmas craft fair, ran out, and was delighted to find this on Amazon. I added a can of whole kernel corn and a can of black beans. A dollop of sour cream, shredded cheese, and tortilla chips made an extraordinary soup for dinner. My dinner guests loved the soup too! Yummy!
