Is it hard to see small descriptions on Magic cards because of the holographic design?

Nope! It's super easy to see through, they're just shiny and pretty!

Are these tournament legal?

They are kind of thin on the back of the sleeve so I don't believe so because you can almost see the back of the card meaning if you have a transform card you'd know what was coming up.
