I purchased this as a gift. The cover had a large scratch on it. I purchased it again from another retailer.

Delightful
A lovely book, beautiful to look at, excellent helpful illustrations' and full of easy to learn exercises to calm and delight!Only quibble, it's a dear little book, but would have preferred it to be Bigger, so pages would stay nicely open for easy reference... but I won't subtract a star cos I've had a lot of pleasure and benefit from it!

Worth it
The print is a bit small for those of us advancing in years, but it is a beautifully presented book.I have been teaching yoga for 15 years now and I am enjoying reading this.And I have read many yoga/pranayama books.

Five gold stars without hesitation
This is an excellent book for mindful breathing techniques, a lot of effort has been put into it as proper explanations are given not only in how to undertake the exercises but what is happening to the body while you are practicing. Given what we've all been through with covid, lockdowns etc this book is some welcome relief however I wish I'd had a copy 12months ago!

GREAT
This book gives a wealth of information on breathing techniques based on mindfulness, yoga and meditation. Some of the techniques also comes with diagrams. An easy read and easy to follow. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
