Love these pedals! Very amazing to clip in and out of for a beginner cyclist! Highly recommend can’t wait to buy another pair for my other bike!

These pedals are very well made. I installed them myself on my road bike, very easy to install. They fit well with my SPD-SL clipped bike shoes. The pedals come with additional pair of SPD-SL attachments and all the hardware you’ll need to install on the bike and on your shoes.

Defective and unsafe. No amount of breaking in will make these pedals spin nor rotate freely. Contacted the seller to get it exchanged but they insist that I am past the 30 days return period. Pointed out that although I am past the 30 days, I'm still within my 1yr product warranty. If you search the comments for the word "warranty", you'll find the seller/store/brand posted and clearly stated that they have a 1yr warranty, free return and exchange. Seller also stated that for any quality issues to contact them. Well, I did but they were quick to offer me a 15% off coupon instead of fixing or addressing my request for a replacement - that I already paid for. "Dear Customer Thank you very much for your letter. In your case, since the product is past its replaceable time, our team can offer you a 15% off coupon and, at the same time, the product is in the seconds phase so you can get a brand new product at an extremely good price. What do you think? We look forward to hearing from you! kootu service team" And "Dear Customer If you are in need of a replacement, you will need to contact Amazon Customer Service directly. If Amazon's policy allows, we will send you a replacement directly through Amazon. The contact path is located at the bottom of Amazon's homepage under "Help" Have a nice day kootu service team " As you can see, instead of them honoring their warranty , they want me to contact Amazon! And Amazon, knowing their bad Customer service - you will be contacting 5 or more terrible customer service reps minimum! Anyways, this is not worth the headache. Terrible customer support and 0 customer service. Check the video, pretty sure that's not normal.

As a new rider these were perfect. I have an indoor trainer and I have used them both indoors and outdoors, easy to unclip and clip back again. I recommend.

For what you get (pedals wiht cleats included) and what they do (performance equivalent to my Shimano Ultegra pedals on my road bike), these are quality pedals at a unbelievable price.

Sturdy for a great price. Excellent tripoint cleet system.

These pedals are terrible. Two major issues: - They are jammed full of bad grease to the point that the bearings barely rotate. If you are looking for something to add 10-20W of resistance to your rides, these are just the pedals for you. - The clip out tension is unreliable. They can get stuck on your cleats to the point that your knee would give out before you get unclipped -- even with the tension dialed back all of the way. Just spend the extra $ to get the real thing.

Left pedal has the thread length shorter than the right one which caused damage on the crank arm thread. Will not consider buying this brand again.

I have only installed these and am waiting on shoes at the moment but cant wait to get setup on my indoor cycling setup and try get used to the whole clipping in and out safe in the knowledge I won't fall over. They feel weighty (quality wise) and am impressed so far

They work good enough for an indoor trainer, but the clips are loose in the pedals or I would have given 5 stars.
