Very pleased, easy install, easy to use
Decided to try this after my mom had a stroke and lost much of the dexterity in her hands. She needed a little extra help with hygiene and I thought this might help her be more independent when using the restroom. It does! Getting a UTI gets more risky as one gets older, and this reduces that concern while allowing her the dignity of being able to clean up without much assistance. She has the option to just push a single button ("child" button) that automatically cycles through the steps of streaming water, turning on a dryer, then shutting off. I am not convinced that the dryer eliminates the need for tissue, but it does help reduce the amount needed (for us women, anyway). I have also used the unit and played with the manual settings for various temps, positions, and water pressure. It is easy to use and I discovered it is quite pleasant to have the heated seat and heated water when the weather is cold! I do think using this appliance saves on the amount of paper used. Men probably don't have this issue, but women, at times, go through a lot of paper to get clean, and with that in mind I wish I'd had one of these years ago. Installation was intuitive and pretty easy. Took about 20 minutes and installed without any issues. I did read reviews ahead of time and knew to have an extension cord available that would drape out of the way and not be at risk of getting wet. Very pleased with this purchase.

A good, cost-effective high-tech toilet seat
Having encountered high-tech toilet seats as tourists in Japan, we were pleased to find them available here. Looked at two "best of" articles; this Beir unit was top-rated by one, one by "Brand T" was top-rated by the other. With the Beir unit costing two-thirds of what the other cost, we went with it. It was an easy installation and it performs as advertised. Minor shortcomings: it's shaped for a seriously elongated toilet; it fits our oval toilet and works fine, but having it available in a matching shape would have been good. And Brand T's washing performance is a bit more impressive, but this one does what it should, and we're happy with it.

Does not fit toilet seat!
This product does not fit my toilet very well. The Bidet seat is so large and bulky that I can hardly sit on it comfortably for fear of touching the inner front part of my toilet. Yuck! It should be made adjustable or specific measurements need to be disclosed so that consumers can confirm that it will fit their toilet. I would send it back but that would be disgusting.

I couldn't find user's Manuel when I opened the package ...
I couldn't find user's Manuel when I opened the package. Only one small piece of paper explaining the contents. Was this mistake from manufacturer or comes as it supposed to?

I should had listen to my friends and got this years ago.
I'd decided to upgrade my Luxe Bidet Neo 180 that grew moldy around the nozzles regardless of how often I clean them. It was impossible to clean the entire toilet bowl with the cheap bidet blocking a large portion of the bowl. This bidet is above the toilet bowl rim so cleaning is not impacted. The air drying feature is surprisingly useful. I don't have any fecal matter prayed above the water line (gross!) that can't be flushed. I wish I went with this bidet instead of an affordable model years ago. It does feel like the ones in Japan too.PROS:Thoughtful buttons layout compared to the others on the market. One glance and you know which buttons to press without reading the manual. The nozzle tip can be removed for easy cleaning (or replaced) although the system cleans itself after each use. It feels really sturdy and comfortable to sit on. Plenty of adjustments in the seat temperature, water temperature, and pressure for everyone. The oscillation cleaning feature does all the work for you (no need to wiggle your behind).Others may feel it needs a remote control but I'm against it. I don't need to operate this from the living room. Those that are remote operated have minimal buttons on the bidet so if the remote is either broken, misplaced, or fall in the water then the bidet is pretty much worthless.CONS:The power cable is only 3' long. Unfortunately it's the standard with the other bidet on the markets. I wish it comes with an angle tip so it's flushed with the wall instead of sticking out. I bought a 1' extension cable with an angle adapter to feed power to the bidet. These are minor issues so don't let them deter you from it.

Awesome, but not perfect for round toilet.
The product itself is incredible, but it simply isn't a perfect fit for my American Standard toilet. Even with the seat adjusted as far back as possible, the front of the seat goes past the bowl a few inches. As a male, this situation creates touching issues, and I don't mean emotional ones but physical. At this point I rather pass this on to a relative with an elongated toilet than to return it, because it functions incredibly. The blow dryer is a nice function to have.
