Works fantastically. I use this exclusively over the oven. I notice people always complain about these taking forever to heat up. The secret is to use cast iron with them. If you are using aluminum pans, for instance, it will take a while because the specific gravity is higher than cast iron. Most people who buy these did not pay attention in 5th grade science class. If you want to be an energy hog go right ahead. These things are fantastic. Buy a cast iron skillet and pan if you are going to use this. Otherwise, don't complain that your inferior pots and pans will not heat up.

Heat is insufficient for a 1.3kw. It takes time even to fry an ege.

It takes a little longer to boil water than my stove, but it does the job and is perfect for making numerous dishes and keeping things evenly warm. Also good for crafts like soap making if you don't want to use the kitchen stove.

I bought this product because of the trust I had in the brand. I tried to make scrambled eggs with it. Although I eventually got my eggs, It took an excessive amount of time. I can't imagine creating a stove top that doesn't cook something like scrambled eggs in an acceptable amount of time.

The hotplate works well for me. It accommodates two sizes of pans and has some safety checks on it. It heats uniformly, so I am happy with it.

Its 900 the large one and 600 the small one it did not work for me it does not get hot at all...

Boils fast! Holds up well under massive spills. Does not need special cookware (thank god because i am poor). This was a gift for my birthday a year ago and it still works like new. Rapid rapid boiling. The blue light tells you its plugged in, if the light is red you left the burner on.
